This Telesis controller and PLC interfaced software helps in the automation of vehicle manufacturing industry. This is customized software being used by various auto mobile industries across the country. We provide an easy to use system based Graphical User Interface (GUI) for the operators to punch the engine and chassis number and other information on, ID plate during the production stage.
This hand held device takes the input from the operator directly. It negates the dependability of the operator towards the PC. The operator hence has the freedom to move around various models across the manufacturing unit and punch the number on the engine or id plate etc.
This automated screwdriver system was developed for M/s BOSCH (formerly MICO BOSCH). This system uses controlled pressure to ensure proper torque of screws, nuts and bolts. The unit also keeps count of number of units tightened. In case there is a mismatch in the set number and actual number, the system gives an audio-visual alarm to indicate the error.
The manually operated element packing and DV packing units of MICO had packaging defects like wrong element in the wrong capsule or capsule without the element etc. MICO wanted to eliminate those defects by automating the process of element packing and DV line packing. Packing GUI does the automation of the packaging process, which assists the operator to rectify mistakes like wrong element in the wrong capsule, bottling the capsule without the element, wrong element in the batch of elements etc. Sensors and barcode readers are mechanically arranged to check for the above mentioned defects. Packing GUI does the automation process by controlling (printer & printer/applicator) & mechanical conveyor working on PLC logic. The errors occurring in the process & the current working status are displayed on the display board interfaced to the system.
ANDON display system is used to keep track of the machines performance, working. Breakdown can quickly be notified and to the line in charge and in turn can be informed to the maintenance people to attend the problem earliest. The line planner sets the production of a component per hour and per shift data in the database available in the Remote PC. Planner also configures the shift production target of the component and the type of component being produced in the shift. The operator can also schedule the same for any number of days using the schedule software provided with the display board. Once the data is configured in the PC the same i.e. production information and type of component being produced is transmitted to the display board. Also the next rollout components are also displayed based on the planner input.
This computer based software is used for settings writing / reading. The software is capable of downloading the disturbance record and does a detailed analysis on these waveforms
