PRDC has been a choice for students from reputed institutes who wish to make their career in power system engineering. PRDC conducts campus interviews generally in the month of May through September. Senior management officers of the cadre of vice president, general managers and some times managing directors will be personally present and actively participate in the programme. PRDC strongly encourages the under graduates / post graduate and research scholars who wish to make their career in the power system engineering to participate and interact with the senior officials and gain first-hand exposure.
